- Enrollment sends YNCE a notice of death and family history
- The next of kin who receives the YN funeral assistance may apply for a funeral loan if the funeral expense exceeds amount received
- No other requests are considered except for immediate family who travel to outside reservation or ceded areas for services
- Go to YN website, YNCE, for more information; or application is at YNCE drive up and put in drop box. All loan services are done at drive up.
